Our services are billed on an hourly basis. Depending on the nature of your case, we may require a retainer before starting work. Occasionally, we may offer services (typically document drafting) for a flat fee. The terms of our representation will be covered in an agreement that you and I will sign at the beginning of our attorney-client relationship.

Although many of our clients are based in East Tennessee, we also provide assistance to many businesses and individuals based in other regions of the country who have legal issues in Tennessee. We are available for phone and Zoom appointments, in addition to in-person visits and e-mail communications. We strive to be responsive and keep you informed as your matter progresses.

At this time, we are an approved provider of certain legal services through ARAG legal insurance. Be sure to mention this at or before your first appointment so we can verify your benefits and discuss coverage and any out-of-pocket costs you may have to pay.
